INTRODUCTION
Welcome to MediaHut’s Terms and Conditions page. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined here. These terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding of our services and your responsibilities. Please read them carefully, as they govern your relationship with MediaHut and outline the legal framework for using our creative marketing solutions. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Service Overview
UGC/Video Ads
1. Content Creation Process
When a client hires MediaHut for UGC or video ads, we start by providing a list of creators with sample videos and images. Clients shortlist creators based on their budget, after which we draft and refine scripts according to the client’s requirements. Once the script is finalized, a shooting schedule is shared. The client reviews a rough draft within 30-40 minutes and provides feedback. If significant changes requiring a reshoot are requested after approval, an additional charge of 25% will apply. Final edits are made, and the video is only delivered after full client satisfaction.
2. Ownership and Rights
Clients receive full rights to the content produced by MediaHut, including scripts, videos, and any other media. Once delivered, the client holds exclusive ownership and can use the content as they see fit.
3. Payment Terms
Clients are required to pay 50% upfront before work begins. The final video will be shared with a MediaHut watermark upon completion. Once the remaining 50% payment is made, the watermark will be removed, and the final, unwatermarked video will be delivered. Any additional charges for reshoots or major revisions will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
Social Media Management
1. Service Scope
Content Creation & Posting: MediaHut will create, curate, and post content on behalf of the client based on the agreed-upon strategy. The client will have the opportunity to review and approve content before it is published.
Account Access: The client must provide MediaHut with the necessary access and permissions to manage their social media accounts.
2. Client Responsibilities
Approval Process: Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving content within the agreed timeframe. Delays in approval may affect the posting schedule.
Intellectual Property: The client must ensure that all materials provided to MediaHut (e.g., logos, images) do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
3. Performance Metrics & Reporting
Metrics: MediaHut will provide regular reports on social media performance based on the agreed metrics (e.g., engagement, follower growth).
Guarantees: While MediaHut will make every effort to achieve the desired results, social media performance is influenced by many factors, and specific results are not guaranteed.
4. Payment Terms
Fees & Invoices: Payment for services will be invoiced monthly, with payment due within 15 days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension.
First Transaction would be 100% advance to begin with the services.
5. Termination
Termination Clause: Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice. MediaHut reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the case of non-payment or breach of terms.
Press Release Service
Press Release Service
1. Service Scope:
MediaHutt offers comprehensive Press Release services. Clients can either provide a fully drafted article and images for publication or share key points for our content team to craft an article. Content writing services incur additional charges. The draft will be sent to the client for approval before publication.
2. Third-Party Involvement:
MediaHutt collaborates with third-party distributors to publish press releases. We are not direct partners of the publishing platforms and, therefore, cannot guarantee specific placements or timelines.
3. Approval Process:
Clients will receive a final draft of the press release for approval. A preview link is typically provided before the official release, but with some publications, the preview link might not be available. Clients should thoroughly review the content they provide, as the final approved content will be submitted for publication without further review.
4. Distribution Channels:
Press releases are primarily published on online platforms, including news portals, entertainment websites, or other specified channels. MediaHutt also offers options for physical magazine publications based on client requirements.
5. Payment Terms:
Press release services require 100% upfront payment. While MediaHutt provides an estimated turnaround time (TAT) for publication, we do not guarantee specific dates due to potential delays caused by third-party issues.
Influencer Collaboration
1. Service Scope
Types of Collaborations: MediaHutt offers three types of influencer collaborations:
1. Sponsored Posts: These are marked as ads.
2. Barter Collaborations: Brands can provide their products to influencers in exchange for promotion on social media. MediaHutt can either partake in the barter or charge a commission based on the influencer’s profile.
3. Long-term Partnerships: These involve extended collaborations where influencers regularly post content over a defined period (e.g., 3-6 months).
2. Approval Process
• MediaHutt will present a list of influencers to the brand for shortlisting.
• Once the influencers are selected, MediaHutt will draft and send scripts for brand approval.
• After script approval, influencers will create content, which will be reviewed and finalized by the brand.
• Payment terms are 50% upfront and 50% after final content approval before posting.
3. Performance Metrics and Reporting
• MediaHutt will provide performance metrics (reach, engagement, etc.) after the content has been live for a specified period (e.g., 15-30 days).
4. Disclaimer and Limitations
• Usage of influencer content is subject to the terms agreed upon between the brand and the influencer. This may limit the brand’s use of the content to specific platforms or purposes unless otherwise agreed.
